Shipping Policy

Shipping area

At launch, Oaken Table Games ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping, including shipping to Canada.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $70. Standard shipping is free for orders of $70 or more. The order threshold is calculated before taxes and after discounts.

Processing time

Orders are generally processed for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing time is the time needed to prepare an order before it is handed to the carrier and does not include carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Delivery dates shown by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Shipping method

We offer standard shipping only. Express and expedited shipping are not available.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at oakentablesm@gmail.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping problems or damaged packages

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears lost in transit, contact us at oakentablesm@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so we can determine the best solution.
